What we collect
Your name, email and phone number when you create an account or hold tickets; the orders and tickets you hold or buy; and a record of when and where each of your tickets is scanned at the gate.
Why
To create your account, issue and email your tickets, confirm payment, and validate your ticket at the gate. Nothing here is used for advertising, and we don't sell your data to anyone.
Who it's shared with
Supabase hosts our database and handles account sign-in. Resend delivers our order-confirmation and ticket emails. If you pay via our WhatsApp flow, that conversation happens on WhatsApp (Meta) directly between you and us — we don't send your details to Meta ourselves beyond that conversation.
Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Your data
To see, correct or delete your data, contact tickets@viziblex.online. We keep order and ticket records for as long as reasonably needed for accounting and entry validation.
