The service
V Tickets (operated by Viziblex) sells tickets to events Viziblex runs or is engaged to sell tickets for. Creating an account and holding or buying tickets means you accept these terms.
Accounts
You need an account with a confirmed email address to hold or buy tickets. You're responsible for keeping your login details to yourself and for anything done through your account.
Holds and payment
Selecting tickets creates a hold on that stock for a limited time, shown on the hold page — it is not a confirmed purchase. Card and wallet payment are not live yet. To pay, you message the WhatsApp number shown on your hold page with your reference, we send payment details, you pay and send us the transaction ID, and we confirm your order once that payment is matched. If your hold expires before payment is confirmed, the tickets return to sale and you'll need to hold again.
Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion — contact us if something has genuinely gone wrong on our end.
Entry
Each ticket is a one-time-use QR code. It is scanned once at the gate; a ticket already used or cancelled will not be let in again. Keep your QR code private — anyone holding a valid, unused code can use it for entry.
Liability
We are not liable for losses arising from events being changed, postponed or cancelled by their organisers, or from a buyer losing access to their own account or ticket.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the update.
